Is ordering from our sex shop anonymous?
Ordering from our sex shop is anonymous. Just use any name, enter any working email address and a working phone number, and select the appropriate parcel machine. Also, the parcel is carefully packed, and without opening the parcel there is no way of knowing who sent the parcel and what the contents are. See also our detailed ordering guide.

How is packaging done in our sex shop?
As our range of goods includes intimate goods, our goods are therefore packed with extra care, either in a security envelope or in a box. It is not possible to tell from the packing card on the box exactly who sent the package or what the contents are. At the moment, we have not received any complaints about packaging on our thousands of orders.

How is the shipping of goods carried out?
All our goods can be delivered to an Itella or Omniva parcel machine. Omniva's advantage is that Omniva's parcel machines are located outside shopping centres and are therefore open 24 hours a day, but are more susceptible to outdoor temperatures. Therefore, for liquids (e.g. lubricants, massage oils, pheromones), we recommend using Itella's parcel machines, which are located indoors but accessible only during shopping centre opening hours.

Do we also offer free shipping?
Yes. From €60, shipping within Estonia is completely free. In the shopping cart before payment, the customer will see how much is missing from the free shipping.

How can you pay for goods?
You can pay for the goods by bank transfer or bank link. We offer SEB, Swedbank, LHV, Coop and Luminor bank links. We recommend to use bank links, because then the payment will be immediate and we can start assembling your order.

How fast do we ship the goods?
All of our goods are in stock in Tallinn and orders paid before 20:00 on weekdays will be dispatched on the same day and usually reach the recipient on the next working day.

Can you pick up the goods yourself?
As we don't have a physical shop yet, we only have a warehouse in Tallinn, so unfortunately you can't come and pick up the goods yourselves at the moment. However, in the near future we are planning to start offering on-site delivery.

Can products be returned?
As these are erotic and sex products, opened products cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons. If the product is unopened, it can be returned. To do this, write to [email protected]

I ordered a product, but the product is defective or faulty. What can I do?
If you think a product is defective or faulty, write to [email protected] We will replace or refund all defective and broken products, but there are cases where the product is in fact perfectly fine, but the wrong applications, batteries, etc. have been used. Contact us and we will find a solution.
