Ordering is anonymous. When placing an order, enter only a working e-mail and phone number, for the name you do not need a full name, but only the first and last name or even an arbitrary name such as Mickey Mouse. After the invoice has been paid and the money has been received, the order will be packed and sent to the parcel machine of your choice. You can choose the parcel machine at the time of placing your order. All orders placed before 20:00 on working days will be dispatched on the same day and will normally reach the recipient on the next working day.
We offer Omniva and Itella parcel services. Omniva's parcel machines are open 24 hours a day, Itella's Smartpost parcel machines only during shopping centre opening hours. Shipping costs €2.90 (free delivery for orders under €60) and will be automatically calculated at the time of checkout.
However, if the total amount of the order (the total amount of the shopping cart) is €60 or more, shipping within Estonia is free of charge.
DELIVERY TIME AND DISCRETION
The bundled goods are carefully, securely and discreetly packed in a security envelope or box and dispatched. An SMS with the door code is sent when the goods arrive at the desired parcel machine. The goods will arrive within 1 working day as a rule, but depending on how busy the parcel terminals are (for example at Christmas), the delivery time may be 1 to 3 working days, but still 1 working day as a rule during normal working hours.
As the products sold in our e-shop are mostly intimate products, for health and hygiene reasons the 14-day right of withdrawal applies only to products whose opening/use can be identified by simple visual inspection.
14-day return policy
- 14-day return policy does not apply on lingerie category products;

All costs related to the return are paid by the customer except in cases where the product is defective and in accordance with the Omniva or Itella price list. The cost of returning defective products is initially borne by the customer. If, after inspection of the product, it is confirmed that the product is defective, the product will be replaced with the same product or, if this is not possible, with an equivalent product, or the customer will be refunded, including the initial shipping and return costs.
If, upon inspection of the product, it turns out that the product is not defective or the defect is the fault of the customer, the product will be returned to the customer and the cost of return will not be refunded.

How long does it take to return a product?
Products can only be returned via a parcel machine. Email [email protected] for detailed instructions. After returning the product to the parcel machine, the product will reach us in 1-3 working days on average.
How quickly do we refund?
If the product met the 14-day return policy, or if the product was defective and we are unable to replace the product and the customer wants a refund, we will usually refund the money on the same working day, but no later than 5 working days.
Where do we transfer the money for product returns?
The money for the return of the product will be credited to the same account from which the original payment was made.
I returned the product, but less money was credited to my account than I had originally deposited?
If the product is returned within 14 days, the return costs are borne by the customer. If the customer did not pay for the return at the parcel machine, but used our return codes, the return costs will be offset according to the Omniva and Itella price lists.
